Integrated Systems Technology For Motion Analysis

FreeMed™ platforms

Ultra-thin platforms guarantee both unique reliability and repeatability translating thousands of analogue signals into accurate images and data in real time for a professional foot & gait analysis. Combined with our software freeStep, it can measure several space-temporal parameters such as: Support surfaces, Load distribution, Podalic axes and angles, Foot length, Speed, Gait line, Rockers. It can generate an automatic report based on normal values arising from scientific studies, supporting all types of professional with clear and concise data and easy to interpret reports.

FreeStep

The only software capable of analyzing and managing countless types of acquisitions with a unified database. software solution for the evaluation of plantar support, analysis biomechanics of the movement of the lower limbs and the study of the posture. The most powerful software integrated that has ever been created, validated by dozens of international scientific publications produced annually by the most important research centers and universities.

Podoscan 3D

Podoscan 3D is a high optoelectronic tool definition for the detection of the image in three dimensions of the physiology of the foot. With an accuracy of one millimeter, allows you to capture the image of the foot in loaded, half loaded and unloaded positions. Podoscan 3D also detects the footprint left in the phenolic foam. It is aimed mainly at the customized orthotic production really corresponding to morphological needs of the client. The image is captured using the software freeStep and it can be immediately exported in the easyCAD Insole design software.

Vulcan CNC

Vulcan is a professional numerical control insole milling machine designed exclusively for the customized and series production of computerized orthotic insoles. Designed, developed and manufactured by us, it is designed for high workloads and is sized for particularly high operating speeds. The choice of high quality materials and the careful attention to assembly ensure continuity in work at maximum performance in the absence of maintenance.

Moover Gait

Moover Gait is the ideal tool for clinicians and specialists interested in objectively monitoring and quantifying the patient’s physical state and evaluating the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program. Thanks to the network of inertial sensors worn by the patient, it provides a complete and accurate movement analysis.

Treadmill Runtime

The RunTime baropodometric treadmill, with a fully sensorized support surface, allows an accurate analysis of plantar pressures, detecting the distribution of the load on the ground during the walking and running phases. Interfaced to a USB port, the baropodometric treadmill is managed through the freeStep software for Windows.

Spine 3D™

offers various clinical parameters, such as posture analysis, scoliosis analysis and all possible deformities of the spine (lateral, frontal and sagittal), rotation of the vertebrae and pelvic position. This is possible thanks to LiDar Technology (Light Detection and Ranging).

Why use Spine 3d™?

Spine3D™ allows a non-invasive 3D scan of the spine thanks to LiDar technology (Light Detection and Ranging). Non-invasive and free of radiation, it allows to carry out repeated posture analysis on the same subject, without any contraindications.

Easysnap 3d

EasySnap3d is a FFF (Fused Filament Manufacturing) 3d printer developed by Sensor Medica. Its function is to transform the 3D digital models of the insoles processed in CAD, with the aid of Sensor Medica’s CAM software, into insoles by depositing fused thermoplastic filaments layer by layer. The printer is designed to work with soft filaments such as SensorTECH 85A, supplied by Sensor Medica

Flexinfit

FlexInFit represents the evolution in the field of biomechanical and postural analysis. Each pair of sensorized insoles consists of more than four hundred pressure sensors and enables accurate analysis inside the patient’s shoe, real-time monitoring of the examination progress and data logging for up to four hours.

Moover One

Moover One is a miniaturized inertial sensor capable of measuring movements, accelerations and rotations in space. Its application in the scientific field allows the evaluation of cervical and articular ROMs, which are important data in prevention and rehabilitation terms. It allows the identification of weak points during the analysis or follow the patient’s progress during the treatment.
